Brefni were engaged by Crown Projects on behalf of Flower Power to complete the early works on their new flagship store at Milperra. Brefni was later engaged to complete the RMS intersection upgrade on Henry Lawson Drive allowing access to the store.

Brefni’s scope of works included:

Stage 1

Demolish existing buildings on site
Remediation of former landfill site
Importation of 30,000m3 of select material
Installation of structures to accommodate management of landfill gases
Provisional building pad and handover to client

Stage 2 (RMS works)

Upgrade of 1.2 km of existing road
Construct new slip and turning lanes
Services adjustments and protection
Installation of street lighting
Upgrade to drainage and installation of GPT
Construction of retaining walls
Installation of signalised intersection
Maintain traffic flow during works
