Major upgrade of 63.7m diameter, 30ML Illawarra water distribution reservoir.

• Major upgrade works at the Dapto Reservoir —a 63.7m diameter, 30ML welded steel reservoir forming a key part of the Illawarra water distribution system
• Demolition of existing roof hatches, sheeting, rafter supports, ladders, internal platforms, walkways, 17 roof support columns, handrails, kickplates and outdated telemetry systems
• Certified temporary works and purpose-built ‘soft hatch’ for safe removal and lowering of materials —preventing lead, metal swarf or debris contamination
• Supply and installation of new roof structure via cranage; mechanical upgrades including HEN on inlet mains, new HDPE outlet screen and new tank wall access hatch
• All mechanical systems tested and commissioned before handover; full QA documentation including ITPs and subcontractor certifications provided
