As part of the Port Botany expansion plan Brefni was engaged by Downer EDI Engineering to construct the building shell to enable electrical fitout by Downer.

The works involved construction of the complete building including:

• Dewatering and temporary works of the site
• Construction of basement and water proofing
• Construction of suspended concrete floor and beams
• Construction of concrete block wall shell
• Construction of structural steel roof
• Fireproofing
• Fitout of core
• High security fencing
• Upgrade staff carpark
